Certikon offers professional certification and training in information security, cybersecurity, business continuity, AI and compliance, governance and management, and a wide range of others. We also advise companies and professionals on competency development. Our philosophy is to "empower the human factor" - when key employees are strong, the organization is also strong in the modern regulatory reality.
A reality that is today characterized by the NIS2 Directive, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the AI Act and the Cyber Resilience Act as well as a variation of sector-specific regulations, and which therefore requires special competencies and qualifications.

Our ambition is to make learning easily accessible, flexible, manageable and effective, so that our customers can quickly and continuously build the necessary competencies that make information and cyber security, governance and compliance work in practice - not just on paper. Some need intensive classroom training - others need to adapt competence development, in the form of self-study, to a busy everyday life and learn in micro-bites over a longer period. We find the right match for the individual.
As an authorized training partner for PECB, we deliver self-study packages and, by agreement, classroom training, for certification of documented high quality, preparing professionals for successful careers within, among others, security, risk management, leadership and governance as well as a wide range of other subject areas.
Behind Certikon is Gry Salling Larsen, who has extensive experience working at the intersection of strategy, communication, and learning in politically governed environments. She has spent her career building learning programmes and educational courses — from Design Thinking workshops and diploma programmes to a University College merger that brought together all professional degree programmes in Central Jutland.
As an entrepreneur and development consultant specialising in Design Thinking and user-centred service design, she helps experts and organisations turn complex ideas into clear strategies and tangible results. She also teaches hands-on branding and positioning of Thought Leaders.
With Certikon, she is taking the next natural step: from broad educational development to specialised online continuing education programmes. She is currently in the process of getting certified herself, starting with the classic ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation and building from there. Because the best advice comes from having walked the path personally.
MSc in International Business (cand.merc.int.) from CBS with a specialisation in culture, identity, and branding — she understands what certification does to both the individual and the organisation behind it.

Behind Certikon is also Tue Jagtfelt. Tue has worked in information security since long before it became a job title most people recognised. He has served as Global CISO at ISS World Services, as CISO in the financial sector, and has worked with Deloitte, BDO and PwC on information security and risk advisory. He has advised organisations across finance, energy, pharma, critical infrastructure and the public sector.
He is one of the few in Denmark who not only teaches the major security standards and regulatory frameworks but also works with them hands‑on. He has led projects and initiatives for DORA, NIS2, GDPR and a wide range of other regulatory requirements, and has spent years implementing them across sectors and countries.
As an instructor and keynote speaker, he has trained boards, executive teams and subject‑matter experts, and has taught at universities, in conference halls and within companies. His approach is always the same: make the complex concrete and actionable.
Tue holds an engineering degree, a master's degree in economics and management, and a PhD in industrial economics and innovation systems — and has earned more than 19 professional certifications throughout his career (– and still counting). As AI governance and regulation move to the top of the security agenda, Tue is naturally pursuing AI‑related certifications — the next logical chapter for someone who has followed the regulatory landscape for decades. Lifelong learning is for everyone — including experts.
